At Hover, the Senior IT Administrator is part operator, part engineer — someone who can handle the in-person demands of a busy office while carving out meaningful time to build the internal tools, automations, and integrations that make IT faster and smarter. You'll use AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor to create micro-applications that shrink our SaaS footprint, automate lifecycle workflows, and surface insights from the data our systems already produce. At the same time, you'll own the security operations that our enterprise customers depend on: managing compliance responses, establishing a customer-facing trust center, and bringing SOC 2 rigor to how we operate.
