About the role: As a Senior iOS Engineer (m/f/d), you will shape the architectural foundation of Redcare Pharmacy’s mobile platform. You will work on scalable, modular solutions that enable six cross-functional teams to deliver features efficiently and sustainably. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on how our iOS ecosystem evolves as we scale. About the Tech Stack: Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, Swift Testing, Xcode Cloud, Swift packages, SPM, latest iOS SDK About your tasks: * Drive modularization and continuously evolve a scalable iOS architecture. * Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines. * Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance , and release processes. * Strengthen testing strategy and establish strong quality foundations across teams. * Improve app stability, performance, and overall technical health. * Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams. * Reduce technical debt strategically while enabling product teams through platform improvements. ## Qualifications About you: * You have strong expertise in Swift and experience working on large-scale production apps. * You bring deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures. * You have hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns. * You understand modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS. * You have solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage. * You have worked with CI/CD pipelines and understand release processes. * You collaborate effec
