Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, At least 5 years of progressive experience in investment operations or asset servicing, Deep understanding of securities processing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and operational risk, Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without formal people management responsibility, Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset

preparing and delivering operational reports
identifying control gaps
workflow inefficiencies
and risk lead process improvement initiatives
mentoring and coaching junior and senior analysts
developing and maintaining reference materials
and workflow documentation
representing the team in service calls
and cross-functional forums
maintaining expert-level knowledge of securities markets
regulatory developments
How You'll Work.

coordinating closely with clients, custodians, fund managers, and proxy vendors; serving as a liaison between onshore partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders; representing the team in service calls, operational reviews, and cross-functional forums
