What They're Looking For.
Must Have
More than 10 years of experience as an Investment Advisor or Investment Counsellor within private banks, wealth management or investment product industry, Knowledge and experience in advising and promoting traditional and alternative investments to HNWIs and UHNWIs, Well versed with multi-asset classes of investment products and familiar with the global markets, especially in structured products, Significant expertise in investment, markets, strategy and key products (fixed income, equities, structures, ETF, funds, and private equity), Solid investment advisory, portfolio and risk management knowledge, Sound knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements on investment advisory products, Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English as well as an additional language to communicate with target clients, Team player and strategic problem-solver with excellent customer servicing skills
Nice to Have
Degree educated in Finance, Economics or other relevant professional qualifications, CFA and CPWP designation, Good understanding and prior experience in wealth management business
What You'll Do.
Preparing and implementing investment strategies for NRI clients
Analyzing client wealth
portfolios and risk appetite
Working alongside Relationship Managers to attend client meetings
Supporting acquisition of new prospects and increasing AUM of existing clients
Developing bespoke investment solutions
Translating high-level house views into individual class investment ideas
Cross-selling and supporting promotion of RBC products and solutions
Conducting portfolio reviews and suggesting trade or rebalancing activities
Supporting sales efforts from sales and product specialist team
Generating ideas consistent with RBC research or approved research providers
Contributing to a sharing culture of investment knowledge and expertise
Maintaining a high level of risk and compliance checks
