What You'll Do.
Act as key support resource for Global Investigator Support
Ensure timely delivery of delegated operational and administrative tasks
Maintain patient safety as top priority
Promptly escalate safety-related concerns
and ensure timely communication with investigator sites
Administer and archive daily mailboxes
Provide administrative support to GIS Coordinators
Follow-up on delivery errors
Communication of Specimen Pending Arrival Reports
Coordination of shipping requests
Assistance with Investigator Portal or Sponsor Portal access
Compilation of information for investigator site communications
Support query resolution activities
Updating databases with follow-up information
Escalating site communications to assigned Global Coordinators
Resolving simple to moderate system-generated hold issues
Investigating and responding to project-related inquiries
and resolving accession holds
Notifying Supervisors and Project Managers of delays
Support panic and alert responsibilities
Notify investigator sites
and affiliates of laboratory results
Ensure full compliance with departmental guidelines
Document service failures
Partner with global teams to resolve issues
Escalate to management when needed
Manage training documentation
Review SOPs in a timely manner
Track/report workflow metrics
Support management in implementing global processes
Assist with reporting responsibilities
Assist with internal reporting requests
Operate and maintain office equipment
Print and ship failed faxes

**Job Title: Senior Investigator Support Assistant** LabCorp is seeking an Senior Investigator Support Assistant to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore – 560022 **Work Schedule** As per business requirement: Rotating shift- AM (5:30 AM-2:30 PM)/GS (10 AM-7 PM)/PM (2 PM-11 PM) IST office based. Night shift – Home based. **Job Responsibilities** * Act as a key support resource for the Global Investigator Support (GIS) Department, ensuring timely delivery of delegated operational and administrative tasks. * Maintain patient safety as the top priority in all daily operations and promptly escalate safety-related concerns requiring resolution. * Manage, organize, and ensure timely communication with investigator sites or their representatives through email, phone, or other approved communication channels. * Administer and archive daily mailboxes in alignment with defined workflows. * Provide administrative support to GIS Coordinators, including: * Preparation and delivery of airway bills and shipping documentation. * Follow-up on delivery errors in collaboration with relevant departments until resolution. * Communication of Specimen Pending Arrival Reports and coordination of shipping requests. * Assistance with Investigator Portal or Sponsor Portal access and login issues. * Compilation of information for investigator site communications related to new policies or procedures. * Support query resolution activities by: * Updating databases with follow-up information from investigator sites. * Escalating site communications to assigned Global Coordinators as required. * Resolving simple to moderate system-generated hold issues. * Investigating and responding to project-related inquiries via phone and email. * Monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds and notifying Supervisors and Project Managers of delays. * Support panic and alert responsibilities, including notifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, e
