What You'll Do.
Drive sales and build relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas
Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to build a book of business
Develop working relationships with producers
promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas
illustrations and effective management and utilization of Crump resources
Build relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts
and product information
Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources
Develop relationships with their assigned producers
promotes agent recruiting & retention through sales ideas

Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential

term conversion inforce illustrations to review performance/replacement options
and suggest increased coverage needs for life changes on clients
