What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Professional accounting or internal auditing qualification required, 4+ years of experience in complementary finance or business, Working knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (SOX) and control frameworks, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience in Auditing (internal or external), Big 4 experience a plus, Experience working with audit and technology tools such as AuditBoard/Optro, PowerBI and AI tools is desirable

Monitor progress of fieldwork

Plan risk-based financial/operational audits
Execute risk-based financial/operational audits
Develop audit objectives
Develop audit approach
Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls
Conduct interviews with business partners
Gain understanding of business processes
Identify control gaps
Identify improvement opportunities
Evaluate risk and potential business impact
Prepare audit reports
Communicate findings and recommendations
Identify process improvement opportunities for automation
Leverage data analytics
