The duties and responsibilities of a Senior Interior Designer include, but are not limited to: * Preparing comprehensive design plans, including detailed floor plans and advanced 3D renderings that communicate design intent clearly to clients and construction teams * Leading conceptual design development from initial programming through design development and construction documentation phases * Creating sophisticated sample boards and material libraries that effectively illustrate proposed design concepts and brand alignment to clients * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the design is feasible and meets all requirements. * Preparing cost estimates and budgets for the project. * Overseeing the construction process and ensuring that the design is implemented as intended. * Conducting quality control checks on all aspects of the project, including finishes, furnishings, and installation. * Staying up to date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to ensure that designs are fresh, innovative, and sustainable. * Conducting site visits to evaluate and measure spaces, including taking photographs and creating sketches of the area. **Qualifications/Experience** The qualifications and experience required for an Interior Designer position wit
