Must Have
Experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Automation Engineering roles, hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate, Experience developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages, Solid understanding of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation solutions, Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows, knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical
Nice to Have
Experience with UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations, Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms, Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure technologies
