Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The Senior Integration Manager is the execution engine of PayJoy's Enterprise team. Once GTM and KAM bring a partner to the table and secure the business relationship, this role takes ownership of everything that follows: understanding the partner's technical environment, fitting their need to the right PayJoy solution, and driving the integration all the way from Discovery to live transactions and gross margin. This role manages 5–9 active integrations simultaneously across multiple geographies each at a different lifecycle stage, each requiring a different kind of attention. ## Responsibilities Own the partner technical lifecycle from Discovery through Launch, serve as the partner's single POC so they never need to escalate to multiple internal contacts. Conduct Discovery with each partner: understand their technical environment, map their need to the right PayJoy integration path (Self-Serve, Guided, or Custom Build), and produce a clear Discovery Doc with confirmed integration type and delivery mode. Build and manage the Integration Plan per partner: scope, milestones, stakeholder register, and RAID log reviewed in every partner sync with no surprises. Run weekly partner syncs with agenda, notes, and assigned next
