4 to 5+ years data integration, 4 to 5+ years platform engineering, Proficiency with Epic EHR data extraction, Track record building ETL pipelines, Fluency in at least two programming languages, Background using CI/CD, Background using infrastructure-as-code in production

Experience with Clarity, Experience with Caboodle, Experience with FHIR, Experience with other access methods
What You'll Do.
Lead technical integration with client Epic EHR systems
Build extraction pipelines
Work with client technical teams
Resolve configuration issues
Validate data quality
Assess client telephony systems
Build pipelines to ingest telephony data
Pair telephony data with Epic clinical data
Structure ingested data
Own technical integration workstream
Coordinate with client contacts
Coordinate with internal teams
Design reusable integration frameworks
Apply AI-native development practices
Use AI-assisted coding
Use agent-driven monitoring
Document client-specific configurations
Document integration decisions
Document automation tradeoffs
Mentor less experienced engineers
Walk through integration decisions
Identify recurring friction points
