What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years’ backend software engineering experience with integration focus, experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, Deep understanding of API-led architecture and integration patterns, Experience with REST APIs, messaging systems, and cloud services (AWS), experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing practices, Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and secure API design

Nice to Have

Docker and Kubernetes experience, Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana, Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation, Experience in large-scale enterprise or Telco environments
