What You'll Do.
Act as interface between BSS business/operations and technical
Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Translate functional requirements into Change Requests (CRs)
Analyze customer-observed issues
Analyze network anomalies
Identify error patterns
Support end-to-end defect triage
Support end-to-end defect resolution
Drive issue clarification
Drive issue prioritization
Track issues within TT/PT
Track issues in defect management processes
Validate vendor solutions
Verify vendor solutions
Challenge proposed fixes
Assess end-to-end impact of vendor changes
Perform trace analysis
Perform protocol analysis
Contribute to root cause analysis
