Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 8+ years of experience, Systems integration experience, Vehicle build experience, Hardware integration and test experience, Managing or coordinating build/integration activities, Proficient in reading engineering drawings, Proficient in reading schematics, Proficient in reading specifications, Experience with configuration management, Experience with as-built documentation, Familiarity with BOM structures, Familiarity with work order systems, Familiarity with material planning, Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting, Ability to use basic test equipment, Ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance, Ability to travel approximately 50%
Nice to Have
Experience with rotorcraft platforms, Experience with VTOL platforms, Background in uncrewed vehicle integration, Background in autonomous vehicle integration, Experience with Group 3 UAS programs, Experience with larger UAS programs, Defense industry experience, Experience developing integration processes, Experience improving integration processes, Experience developing manufacturing processes, Experience improving manufacturing processes, Familiarity with data acquisition systems, Familiarity with instrumentation
