Job Description Reporting to the Integrated Production Director, as a Senior Integrated Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution, financial oversight, and partner coordination. You are expected to balance project management and production expertise, delivering high-budget, complex, and multi-market projects while driving efficiencies, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams, being a trusted production lead while maintaining financial and operational control over projects. You will have expertise in both project management and production and will lead more complex projects with greater autonomy. You will take on increased responsibilities in mentoring junior producers, refining processes, and ensuring delivery best practices.
