Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with organizational objectives. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (andragogy) to create engaging, learner-centered experiences. Design and develop a variety of learning formats, including eLearning modules, self-paced courses, virtual sessions, and on-the-job learning activities. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and instructional quality across all learning content and delivery channels. Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to enhance learning design and delivery. Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Continuously improve learning experiences by integrating feedback, data insights, and emerging learning technologies. Requirements: Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate L&D environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies. Experience designing blended learning solutions across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual training, self-paced modules, etc.). Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to apply them in learning design contexts. Understanding of LLMs (such as GPT-based systems) and their capabilities and limitations. Ability to prototype or configure AI-enhanced learning solutions (e.g., custom GPTs or similar tools). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with SMEs and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, clarity, and learner engagement. Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation in education and learning technologies.
