Active Top Secret/SCI FS Poly clearance, Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Organizational Development, Current CPLP or CPTD certification, 8+ years instructional design experience, Experience supporting federal government or large-scale enterprise environments, Demonstrated experience using ADDIE model or Agile methodologies, Proven ability to develop multimedia and web-based training content
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Proficiency with Lectora, Experience designing training for technical subject matter, Experience with Data Science training, Experience with AI/ML training, Experience with Cloud Infrastructure training, Familiarity with Section 508 compliance, Familiarity with accessibility standards, Experience managing content within LMS, Experience tracking SCORM/xAPI data, Graphic design skills, Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite
