What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field, 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning roles, Demonstrated proficiency developing eLearning with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia, understanding of adult learning principles, performance-based design, and modular content architecture, Ability to translate technical subject matter into intuitive, engaging learning experiences, Demonstrated interest in generative AI and experience using AI tools in content development, scripting, or media workflows, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
Experience designing training for technical or product-focused audiences, Knowledge of product-based training, scenario-based learning, or performance support frameworks, visual design skills and familiarity with modern digital learning aesthetics, Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support scripting, structuring, or prototyping, Familiarity with advanced video editing techniques and best practices for technical demonstrations, Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision
