What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous working experience in Instructional Design for 5 years, Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, Collaborative mindset and comfort working with distributed, cross‑functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and domains quickly
Nice to Have
Experience or education in any of the following fields is preferred: Instructional Design, Topic-Based Authoring, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Education
What You'll Do.
Lead training needs assessments
Design and develop instructional materials
Analyze client personas
and user feedback to create best-in-class content
Develop and manage project timelines
Work closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to gather requirements
and ensure alignment with project goals
Maintain existing courses
Engage with learners through email
Incorporate the use of AI tools to enhance and speed up content development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Client Training content
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology
