Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including ILT, eLearning modules, system simulations, job aids, and coaching materials. Conduct learning needs analyses and define role-based learning strategies and learning paths. Create training measurement frameworks to evaluate learner proficiency and program effectiveness. Manage training development activities in collaboration with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders. Develop enterprise system training content supporting business processes such as finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, and HR. Build scenario-based learning, exercises, and practice materials aligned with real-world use cases. Support training delivery, including virtual and in-person facilitation when required. Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and SME relationships to ensure accurate and effective learning outputs. Contribute to continuous improvement of learning solutions and adoption strategies. Requirements: 3–4+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within enterprise systems or software application training environments. 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing consulting or project-based role. Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and eLearning best practices. Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, WalkMe, or SAP Enable Now (SAP S/4 experience strongly preferred). Solid understanding of enterprise business processes including finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, and HR. Experience creating structured learning programs, simulations, and role-based training paths. Strong project management and self-organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
