What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or advanced IT support roles, Proficiency in PowerShell, Proficiency in Python, Experience administering cloud and endpoint management tools, ITIL 4 Foundation certification, Demonstrated experience leveraging AI platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with JumpCloud, Experience with NinjaOne, Experience with Kandji/Iru

Lead IT infrastructure projects
Partner with Information Security
Provide Level 2+ technical escalation support
Lead technical deployment
Manage and optimize SharePoint Online
Scale global infrastructure
Build automated deployment frameworks
Execute technical tasks for vulnerability remediation
Assist in DR and BCP testing
Establish configuration baselines
Provide high-level technical support
Deploy and fine-tune monitoring tools
Coordinate with SaaS vendors
Manage API integrations
Provide deep technical administration
Follow ITIL frameworks
Leverage generative AI tools
