Solving the hardest technical challenges; Design patterns that prevent classes of failure; Real-time on-chain detection and response; ML-driven threat intelligence; LLM-powered rules engine
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Senior Infrastructure Experience, Deep expertise across DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE, Proven experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi/Terraform), Comfortable writing and reviewing code in Python, Go, or Rust, High Ownership
Nice to Have
Web3lockchain experience or interest, Real-time / streaming data platforms, Security, fraud, risk, or other adversarial-domain experience

Set the standards for how we build and deploy
Define the 'Golden Path' for product teams
Lead the charge in steering our systems toward modern standards
Own the evolution of our stack
Migrate legacy components to Kubernetes
and optimized CI/CD workflows
Design and maintain scalable
reproducible infrastructure
Ensure our multi-chain ingestion and detection engines have the underlying horsepower and elasticity they need
Implement the rigor of SRE principles
Define system constraints
and observability patterns
Build internal tooling and platforms that empower engineers to own their services from dev to production
Foster a culture of shared ownership
Mentor backend engineers on operational best practices
