The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures the availability, security, and performance of server and cloud environments, supporting the operational needs of a telecom and networking organization. The position covers Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, networking, and Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams). Approximately 15% of the role is dedicated to Level 2 support , assisting the Service Desk with infrastructure-related incidents.
