Bachelor's degree or Higher, 5+ years of experience in an Information Technology, Digital, or Engineering environment, 5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs, 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions, 5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership

Nice to Have

Experience in project or program management, Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and bias for action, with ability to execute under ambiguity and tight timelines, Experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance, Experience in budgeting and financial management, Experience managing global teams, Expertise in M365 products, communication, and collaboration, Experience working in complex environments and matrix organizations, Experience working in a regulated industry, Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and bias for action, with ability to execute under ambiguity and tight timelines, Experience as an executive-level chief of staff or Office of CIO, Experience in change management and organizational development
