Leadership experience in digital delivery or IM, Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and digital standards, Ability to develop and implement IM strategies, stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills, Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff, Proficiency in digital tools and data platforms, Commercial awareness and risk management skills, Focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, Significant experience in IM or BIM roles, Degree and professional certification in IMIM, Experience delivering large-scale or complex projects, Familiarity with multiple CDEs and data environments, Track record of innovation and digital transformation, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
