S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance, U. S. Citizenship Required

Senior Industrial Security Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Senior Industrial Security Specialist** to join the team in **Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Daytona Beach, FL; Cape Canaveral, FL; Raleigh, NC; El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK;** or**Seattle, WA.** The security professional will have extensive experience using Joint Personnel Adjudication System/Defense Information System for Security (JPAS/DISS), Scattered Castles, JADE, JADS, Security Information Management System (SIMS) and other record repositories to determine and maintain personnel eligibility for classified access. The Industrial Security Specialist will be skilled at delivering initial and recurring briefings on critical program information, classification marking, safeguarding and destruction, Operations Security (OPSEC), physical and communications security while being adept at managing personnel and classified-material records to ensure data integrity, conducting inventories and reconciliation for accountability, and developing Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and procedures for handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials. You will also be a collaborative leader who coordinates across security teams, Boeing engineering and management, senior leadership, and United States (U.S.) Government customers to obtain contract approvals, security rulings, and authorized deviations. **Position Responsibilities:** * Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements * Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action * Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements * Conducts Communication Security (C
