Senior Industrial Security Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Senior Industrial Security Specialist** to join the team in **Arlington, VA****.** The candidate will support ECS governance and risk management initiatives aimed at strengthening the security of classified programs. They will be responsible for establishing an enterprise risk management framework to evaluate the effectiveness of security programs across ECS, as well as broader Boeing risk management efforts designed to reduce security risk. In addition, the candidate will facilitate governance for risk management initiatives and develop policies, procedures, and awareness materials to help mitigate risk. **Position Responsibilities:** * Develops, implements and administers an enterprise risk management program, security education, policy and procedures to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or highly complex programs * Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements * Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective action * Conducts administrative inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements * Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures * Contributes to enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) (e.g., participates in the review cycle and decision-making process for enterprise export compliance, procedures (PROs), Business Process Instructions (BPI's) and Desktop Instructions (DI's) * Provides innovation and creativity into Personnel Security (e.g., reduce cycle time) to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses for complex customer requireme
