You will provide subject‑matter expertise across classification, valuation, country of origin, and trade programs, while leading initiatives to strengthen controls, optimize processes, and support cost‑effective, compliant import operations. You will serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities, helping to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions. In addition to leading strategic compliance initiatives, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of import compliance activities, including overseeing entry accuracy, maintaining import records, responding to CBP inquiries, and monitoring broker performance. You must be a hands‑on professional who can balance daily operational execution with project leadership, continuous improvement, and training of cross‑functional teams.
