Must Have
3+ years experience leading client-facing implementation projects, verbal and written communication skills with a focus on achieving results, Led multiple projects concurrently and drove them to achieve successful implementations, Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at leading client facing presentations and building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams, problem-solving abilities and a proactive and responsive approach to resolving client issues, A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success, A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Nice to Have
preferably within the health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries, Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
What You'll Do.
managing the entire implementation lifecycle
from project initiation through completion

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients
Create and maintain project plans

Provide in-depth assistance to clients

This role will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
