Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of professional experience, 3–5 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or project management, Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects or client transitions, Ability to lead cross-functional project teams through structured plans and delivery commitments, capability to identify, document, and escalate risks and obstacles, Clear and timely communication skills when facilitating discussions, resolving issues, and aligning partners, Ability to build consensus and influence in a matrixed environment, attention to detail and a process-oriented approach, Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of stock plan administration or a desire to develop subject-matter expertise

What You'll Do.

Lead complex projects for new and existing clients

Manage project execution and cross-functional coordination

Manage risk and deliver high-quality onboarding experience

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients during onboarding

Guide clients through platform transition activities

Coordinate tasks across Operations

Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy

Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders

Support a consistent and positive onboarding experience

Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and process improvements
