CodaMetrix’s autonomous coding drives efficiency under fee-for-service and value-based care models and supports improved patient care. We are passionate about getting physicians and healthcare providers away from the keyboard and back to clinical care. What We're Looking For You've managed complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations in healthcare, ideally in revenue cycle or clinical workflow contexts. You understand enough about EHR integrations (HL7, Epic workflows, LIS systems) to triage a technical blocker without needing to escalate every question to engineering. You run tight meetings. Your status updates are short and accurate. You have a demonstrated track record of driving to on-time and on-track results. You have a bias toward ownership. You don't ask permission to do things within your scope. When something is ambiguous, you make a decision and communicate it rather than waiting for clarity to arrive. Healthcare implementation experience is required. Revenue cycle, autonomous coding, or clinical AI experience is a meaningful plus.
