What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments, Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations with multiple stakeholders, Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines, communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive audiences, Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a sense of ownership and accountability, Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Nice to Have
Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic accounts, Background in HR tech, fintech, or benefits platforms, Experience building or refining implementation processes at scale

Own end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines, Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. , Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid approaches)
