6–8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles, Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations with multiple stakeholders, Exceptional project management skills, communication and stakeholder management skills, Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, Highly detail-oriented and organized, Experience collaborating cross-functionally, Influencing without direct authority

Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic accounts, Background in HR tech, fintech, or benefits platforms, Experience building or refining implementation processes at scale
