What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system (TMS) implementations, professional services, or related consulting roles, Proven track record of delivering high-impact client engagements requiring deep functional expertise in treasury, payments, or risk, Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience leading or participating in full end-to-end implementations, Prior experience implementing or supporting TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or financial systems
What You'll Do.
Serve as a senior Kyriba Subject Matter Expert (SME) embedded within partner-led implementations and Value Added Services engagements
Provide advanced functional expertise in Payments
and other Kyriba modules
Support multiple clients and partners simultaneously
Support existing Kyriba clients through change orders and module expansions
Deploy into partner-led implementation projects as the Kyriba functional SME
Provide targeted expert guidance on advanced configurations
and specialized module requirements
Support existing Kyriba clients through Value Added Services (VAS) engagements
Configure and test Kyriba modules
out-of-the-box solutions
Manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new requests
Lead client and partner meetings within your area of engagement
Drive issues to resolution proactively
Ensure seamless communication throughout each task or workstream
Support clients and partners through UAT
Provide go-live support
Lead comprehensive client training sessions
Create custom training agendas
and best practice guidance
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex designs
and client challenges
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
and continuous improvement initiatives
