Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end implementation of EDI and healthcare integration solutions, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live execution for complex client environments including large healthcare systems. Manage client timelines, requirements gathering, technical configuration, and stakeholder communication while coordinating closely with implementation coordinators and engineering teams. Analyze test data, identify root causes, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend both short-term fixes and long-term solution improvements. Partner with development teams to define requirements, validate enhancements, and support release readiness for new features and product capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare transaction standards (including X12N) and ensure adherence to best practices across implementations. Mentor implementation analysts and contribute to training, process improvement, and operational scaling of implementation methodologies. Requirements: This role requires strong experience in healthcare technology implementations, particularly involving EDI transactions, integrations, and client-facing delivery. Candidates should bring at least 7+ years in technology or healthcare environments, including 5+ years managing complex implementations. Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and ANSI X12N standards (such as 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278) is essential, along with familiarity with APIs and integration concepts. Strong experience with healthcare EDI transactions and revenue cycle processes 7+ years in healthcare technology, data exchange, or related technical implementation roles 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects Proficiency in analyzing technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organizational skills, attention
