We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity DevOps Engineer / IAM Architect to support and evolve our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Ping Identity technologies, modern cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and enterprise authentication integrations. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural and engineering capabilities with operational support experience, including production support, troubleshooting, and on-call responsibilities. This individual will play a critical role in expanding and modernizing our IAM ecosystem while improving resiliency, automation, monitoring, and user experience. ## Qualifications Required Qualifications * 5–7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering and support experience * Expert-level proficiency with: * PingFederate * PingOne SSO * PingOne MFA * DaVinci * Strong experience with: * Microsoft 365 SSO integrations * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) * Hybrid identity environments * Deep understanding of legacy Java/J2EE-based PingFederate custom adapters and components * Experience building and supporting: * Custom PCVs * Data stores * Complex federation integrations * Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities * Experience with scripting and automation using: * Python * PowerShell * Shell scripting * Experience with cloud-native and DevOps technologies including: * GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) * Terraform * Helm C
