IBM Sterling DOM/OMS (version 10+), order fulfillment, DTC supply chain workflows, Java/J2EE (Servlets, EJB, JSP), XML/XSD/XSL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, asynchronous messaging (MQ, JMS), containerized/cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP), UNIX/Linux environments, middleware (WebSphere, MQ Series), agile methodologies, SDLC best practices
Nice to Have
Sterling DOM GEO‑distributed environments, microservices, performance tuning, WMS/YMS integrations, broader SCM suites, Certifications in IBM Sterling, Java, cloud platforms
What You'll Do.
Architect order orchestration solutions
Configure Sterling DOM modules
Integrate OMS with systems
Translate requirements to tasks
Optimize system performance
Configure cloud deployments
Participate in CI/CD pipelines
Mentor junior engineers
Author technical documents
Maintain quality assurance processes
Identify and resolve challenges
