**In this Role You Will:** * Provide advanced Tier 3 technical infrastructure, DevOps and engineering support for complex issues escalated from other support and technical service teams. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance with SLAs. * Serve as an escalation point for Azure implementation-related challenges. * Is a key participant in new feature development from an implementation perspective, working closely with leadership and occasionally product and engineering teams. * Contribute to documentation, automation scripts, and internal knowledge sharing for continuous improvement. * Engage in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. **What It Takes:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience. * 8+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least 4 years working in Azure environments. * Extensive hands-on expertise with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Functions, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and Azure Synapse Analytics. * In-depth understanding of Windows administration, hyperconverged technologies, networking, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). * Skilled in building infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Resource Manager templates. * Thorough knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. * Exceptional troubleshooting abilities in cloud infrastructure, networking, security best practices, and performance tuning. * Experience supporting Agile/Scrum development environments. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. **Specializations That Will Make an Impact:** * Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert certification. * Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud platforms. * Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. * Ability to perform under pres
