What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent, Experience in hardware lab equipment, 7+ years of experience in high-speed digital design and/or RF designs, Experience in signal and power integrity design and analysis, Experience with mixed signal PCB layout designs, Experience using schematic capture tool and PCB layout viewer, Experience with board bring up and debugging in lab environment
Nice to Have
Master's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent, Experience with analog or board simulation, Experience programming with at least one software programming language, Familiarity with analog electronics fundamentals, Familiarity with DC power supply designs, Familiarity with EMIC design mitigation, Experience with Mentor Graphics or Cadence layout tools, Proficiency in developing lab test programs for instrument control
What You'll Do.
Design high-speed digital circuitry
Optimize electronics sub-systems
Design DC/DC power supply
Support flow-down requirement definitions
Generate test procedures
Perform board bring-up
Perform test campaigns of modules
Perform test campaigns of subsystems
Support design of automated test systems
Support design of test fixtures
Support design of factory test
Support transition of designs to mass production
Develop customer terminal hardware architectures
Support integrated product team
Lead hardware validation
Present hardware validation to leadership
Debug issues on the line
Burn down open tickets
Support internal customers
Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting campaigns
