We seek a hands-on business advisor who will provide functional guidance and expertise and seamless service to managers and market leaders. This position will require the individual to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability to effectively provide HR support to VillageMD. This role will be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in office and will have responsibility for; effective execution of programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, culture change, DEIB, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, employee relations, organization dev
