**SALARY RANGE** $40.64 - $56.43 _**WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS**_ **Come join our Human Resources team as a Senior Human Resources Analyst!** Waukesha County's Department of Administration is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our collaborative and engaged Human Resource team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR services to assigned County departments and serve as a trusted business partner and resource for managers, supervisors and employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment and selection, workplace investigations, classification and compensation, policy and procedure interpretation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment and labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring broad human resource generalist experience and thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
