What You'll Do.
Manage daily operations of group insurance plans
Conduct orientation for new hires
Enroll eligible employees in group insurance plans
Resolve insurance provider issues
Distribute health cards to employees
Review group insurance invoices
Approve leaves for eligible employees
Provide guidance on employee relations matters
Conduct investigations and inquiries
Schedule disciplinary hearings
Execute panel's decision
Acknowledge and schedule employee counseling referrals
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between organization, employees, and external providers; Partner with HRD Head and departmental managers
