Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Engineering or a related discipline, 5 to 8 years of experience applying human factors or usability engineering within product development, working knowledge of medical device usability standards and regulatory expectations, Hands on experience designing, moderating and reporting usability studies, Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently across multiple programs

Deliver formative and summative usability studies
Conduct ethnographic research
Perform task analyses
Conduct contextual inquiries
Evaluate iterative concepts
Inform product and business strategy
Act as human factors subject matter expert
Make recommendations to leadership
Support regulatory interactions
Ensure human factors activities are documented
Collaborate with design and engineering
Mentor junior team members
