What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid healthy, safety and environmental (HSE) background, at least 10 years’ experience in construction safety, safety license holder, proven track record in providing safety trainings, well versed in project safety systems, processes, tools and best practices, good at identifying, and devising measures to meet, our stakeholders’ business needs and requirements, written and spoken communication skills are vital, good at building team relationships, listening to your team and being open to suggestions and knowledge exchange, interacting effectively with business partners
What You'll Do.
build and maintain an environmentally sustainable
healthy and safe workplace
provide safety support to all projects
ensure projects meet established standards and local safety regulations
conduct safety review meetings with project and design team at the initial stage of the project
ensure that all high-risk activities have proper safety work method statement (SWMS)
promote workplace safety by performing site inspections
timely safety-related corrections
and weekly safety meetings
coordinate with the project manager and operations manager to ensure that everybody will be out of harm’s way
promote safety awareness
get everyone on board our environment
health and safety initiatives
create awareness and educate our people and stakeholders
achieve this through consistent sharing of success stories and best practices among project JLL teams
doing regular mentoring and coaching of our safety officers and nonsafety professionals
obtaining the relevant professional licenses and ensuring they stay up-to-date
