What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles, 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM including with configuration, maintenance, and end-to-end implementations, Experience working in a Matrixed environment and/or a multi-national company, Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data, including building reports and dashboards, attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with experience performing audits and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal direction, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and partner effectively with employees at all levels, Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, eager to continuously improve systems and processes, Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and recommend strategic, technology-driven solutions that scale

Build and maintain integrations between Workday
compensation and payroll tools
accurate data flow across the company
error-prone processes and lead automation projects that reduce administrative work and improve data accuracy
Own change management for system updates and new technology implementations by creating rollout plans
and training that ensure a smooth transition and adoption
Conduct regular system audits
and testing to maintain accurate
and secure People data
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations
and policies so they are easy to reference and update as we grow
Stay current on product releases
and industry best practices
proactively recommending opportunities to improve system performance and internal workflows
Act as an administrator for People systems
including data entry and data maintenance
Troubleshoot issues promptly
and implement preventative measures to avoid repeat problems
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the People team
actionable insights on headcount
Provide expert support and training to People team members and managers
ensuring they are confident using systems and have what they need to be successful
Maintain the library of job aids

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with cross-functional teams to bring new tools online, test changes, and make sure our systems talk to each other the way they should; work with partners to solve problems, and guide the rollout of new functionality; Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to ensure People systems integrate seamlessly with company infrastructure and support business goals; Partner with People leadership to prioritize system enhancements and technology investments that enable us to scale effectively; Work with cross-functional partners to identify process gaps, test solutions, and implement improvements that make systems more efficient and user-friendly

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and partner effectively with employees at all levels
Process & Methodology
