Reduce manual transaction volume
Identify operational risks
Ensure internal controls
Uphold audit practices
Uphold compliance obligations
Support process documentation
Maintain workflow documentation
Mentor junior team members
Provide informal leadership
Promote knowledge sharing

Enhance HR service delivery
Serve as liaison with PEO
Manage PEO communications
Resolve PEO escalations
Collaborate on benefits renewals
Collaborate on plan design updates
Coordinate LOA processes
