About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to own and scale our people operations infrastructure in Ukraine. This role sits at the centre of HR, Legal, Payroll, and Compliance, ensuring our Ukraine workforce remains fully compliant, operationally efficient, and well supported in a fast-changing regulatory environment. You will play a critical role in managing Diia City compliance, employment lifecycle operations, contractor management, and wartime employment obligations, while helping build scalable HR processes that support the continued growth of the business.
