What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management, Knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR compliance requirements, Demonstrated solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle workflows, Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality and accuracy, problem-solving and process improvement skills, Excellent communication and customer management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting immigration and global mobility processes, Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation, Familiarity with HRIS systems and case management tools, Workday (preferred) and/or ServiceNow, Experience contributing to HR transformation or process optimisation initiatives

Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers globally on HR operational matters
Support employee lifecycle events such as onboarding
Assist with Tier 1 immigration and global mobility processes
Partner with regional HR teams to support employee transitions
See opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
Develop and document standardised HR procedures
Ensure HR operations align with local and global employment laws
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams
Act as a key point of contact for employees
Provide clear guidance on HR processes
Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners
Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on process improvements
Support the implementation of tools and systems
