2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related role, supporting Serbia and/or the broader EMEA region, knowledge of Serbian labor law, HR compliance, and local practices, Proven experience handling complex HR cases and partnering with cross-functional team members, applying sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality, Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ticketing platforms, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, ability to manage sensitive situations professionally, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.
Administer Serbia-based benefits programs and support broader EMEA benefits and employee data changes in HRIS
Resolve Tier 1 and complex employee inquiries
acting as an escalation point
Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws and applicable EMEA statutory requirements
Manage HR cases through the ticketing system
Analyze case trends and service data to identify root causes and improve HR service delivery
Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding
Identify and implement process improvements
including automation and standardization opportunities
Maintain and update SOPs and documentation
