The Senior HR Manager is part of the senior leadership team, partnering with leaders at multiple levels to develop strategies, set goals, and deliver business results. You'll own the end-to-end employee experience at the site(s), championing a culture of safety, inclusion, and service. This role requires balancing automation with human insight—leveraging technology, AI, and real-time data to enhance decision-making and support transformational initiatives. You'll lead a high-performing HR team, implementing strategies across employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Success demands strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive scalable solutions across sites and regions. The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, high-judgment leader responsible for delivering operational excellence and scalable PXT impact across the most complex sites. They translate enterprise people strategies into site execution, strengthen leadership capability, and drive systemic improvements in culture, performance, and risk. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, ensuring personal connection and hands-on leadership where needed. Key job responsibilities - Own and create sustainable HR strategies that drive improvements in attrition, attendance, and engagement while setting clear vision for the HR team. Model, train, and coach behavioral expectations and hold operations and HR teams accountable for timely resolution of concerns and maintaining service excellence. - Work closely with Business Leader(s) as a strategic partner on all people-related decisions
